Indonesia — ROVERS Creative has appointed Yohana Setiawati (Joe) as Business Director, strengthening its leadership team as the agency continues its rapid expansion and reinforces its ambition to become a strategic creative partner for brands across Indonesia.
Setiawati’s appointment forms part of ROVERS Creative’s continued growth strategy and reflects parent company Future Creative Network (FCN)’s commitment to building world-class leadership across its agencies.
In her new role, Setiawati will lead business growth and client partnerships, bringing decades of experience in integrated marketing communications to strengthen the agency’s end-to-end client services and commercial strategy.
Before joining ROVERS Creative, Setiawati held senior leadership roles at Dwi Sapta and Dentsu Indonesia, where she managed major brands including Bank Mandiri, XL, Pacific Food Indonesia and Enesis Group.
ROVERS Creative Founder and Creative Director Wirastomo Hadi, said the appointment reinforces the agency’s belief that strong business leadership is essential to delivering impactful creative work.

Founded in 2022 with just two employees, ROVERS Creative has grown into a team of more than 40 professionals, serving brands including Permata Bank, Indofood, Ajinomoto, Diamond Food Indonesia, TikTok Indonesia, Yamaha Motor Indonesia, Hyundai Motor and Indonesia’s Ministry of Creative Economy.
With Setiawati joining its leadership team, ROVERS Creative aims to further strengthen its business capabilities while supporting FCN’s mission to raise creative industry standards across Indonesia.
