Bangkok, Thailand – Hakuhodo Thailand has announced a leadership restructuring, appointing Koki Ito as group chief executive officer and Jirapat Kanchanosot as group co-chief executive officer.
The move reflects the agency network’s efforts to strengthen its organizational capabilities and enhance collaboration across its affiliated companies as the marketing and communications landscape continues to evolve.
The restructuring is aligned with the group’s “One Synergy Hakuhodo” concept, which aims to integrate the strengths and expertise of its companies to deliver more comprehensive solutions to clients. As part of this effort, the organization will continue developing its creative capabilities while accelerating investments in digital and AI to enhance operations, data analytics, and brand experience development.
Hakuhodo Thailand currently comprises more than 10 affiliated companies and employs over 1,000 people, offering integrated services across brand and communication as well as digital solutions.
Ito, who has experience working across multiple international markets, takes on the role following the departure of Teruhisa Ito, who has returned to Japan to assume a new role at the company’s headquarters. The company said Ito’s leadership experience and understanding of global markets position him to guide the organization as the industry continues to evolve.
Meanwhile, Kanchanosot previously served as chief operating officer of Hakuhodo Thailand and has been involved in developing marketing strategies and campaigns both locally and internationally. She has also contributed to internal organizational development, including initiatives focused on people development and workplace culture.
According to the company, the new leadership structure combines global experience with local market expertise, which it believes will help accelerate the organization’s transformation and strengthen its competitiveness in the digital era.
Hakuhodo Thailand said the leadership changes mark a new phase for the organization as it continues to integrate the capabilities of its affiliated companies and expand its digital and AI offerings while delivering integrated marketing solutions to clients.
