Singapore — Former McDonald’s Singapore managing director, Benjamin Boh, took new leadership strides as Domino’s Pizza International regional vice president for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) starting August 2025.
In a heartfelt post on LinkedIn, Boh shared how the company has resonated personally, ahead of assuming his new post: “I have many memories with Domino’s but the one that sticks most is Domino’s Pizza being our first meal when we came home from the hospital with our first newborn.”
As the new regional VP, Boh is expected to serve over 5,300 restaurants in the AMEA region.
Prior to this, Boh served for 12 years at McDonald’s, where he started as Singapore’s regional director of strategy and insights back in 2013. After two years, he then led as strategy and insights head until 2017. He also led the same department as its director, this time in Japan, for the next two years.
In 2019, Boh served primarily as the chief operating officer before becoming the general manager for Singapore in 2021.
During his tenure as managing director of McDonald’s Singapore, Boh served with 10,000 employees, ensuring to ‘chart out the long term growth vision’ as well as executing ‘the related strategies by developing strong teams and platforms’ which he coined as what continues ‘to reap strong returns for the business’.
Currently, he serves as the president of the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS), as well as a board member in the Ronald McDonald House Charities Singapore (RMHC), council member of the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), and as a member of the Advisory Council on Community Relations in Defence or ACCORD.
