Singapore — Lazada has announced a partnership with South Korea’s Gmarket to make 20 million Korean products available to shoppers across Southeast Asia.
The move will allow consumers in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam to access a wide range of Korean goods, including beauty and skincare brands such as Sulwahsoo, d’Alba, Mediheal, COSRX, Skinfood, and Laneige. The platform will also offer lifestyle items ranging from groceries and health products to mother and baby essentials.
According to Lazada, all products will be sold directly by verified Korean sellers and covered by its product authenticity guarantee, which includes delivery and after-sales support.
“Beyond expanding assortment, we are also shaping a new era of online shopping, one where consumers can shop with confidence, discover global brands seamlessly, and enjoy a more engaging, personalised experience powered by AI,” said a Lazada spokesperson.
The partnership also reinforces Lazada’s promise of being a go-to destination for ‘authentic, high-quality products from trusted brands’,
Additionally, the partnership builds on Lazada’s existing offerings through LazMall, which connects shoppers with more than 32,000 international and local brands across a variety of product categories.
Recently, Lazada has also partnered with POP Mart to bring online-offline experiences for art collectors during its Singapore POP TOY SHOW in August.
