Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Malaysian bottled water brand Spritzer has launched a Chinese New Year celebration at Spritzer EcoPark in Taiping, running from February to early March 2026.
Positioned as a festive cultural village, the month-long activation incorporates traditional Chinese New Year elements into the park’s natural surroundings to create an immersive experience for visitors. Admission to the park remains free throughout the celebration.
The EcoPark has been transformed with zodiac-themed decor inspired by the Year of the Horse. Interactive display zones and photo spots have also been set up across the grounds.
A range of activities is available for visitors, including crafting sessions, mini golf, and paddle cart rides. Food and beverages are offered at the STG Taiping café, while the Spritzer Water Shop and Souvenir Shop feature seasonal promotions and exclusive merchandise as part of the celebration.

Inspired by the symbolism of the Year of the Horse, the company says the initiative aims to encourage visitors to welcome the new year with courage and renewed spirit. According to the brand, in Chinese culture, the horse represents “vitality, perseverance, and freedom, and forward momentum.”
“Each year, Spritzer strives to create fresh and memorable experiences for our visitors. The Year of the Horse represents progress and vitality, and we want this celebration to reflect those qualities through an immersive environment that brings families together in these natural surroundings,” said Winnie Chin, head of public relations at Spritzer. “Our goal is to offer a space where people can relax, reconnect, stay hydrated and begin the new year feeling refreshed and inspired.”
The company adds that the activation is more than a seasonal attraction, reflecting the brand’s commitment to wellness, creativity, sustainability, and meaningful shared experiences.
