Singapore – W Communications has introduced HelloFranses!, its creator- and celebrity-focused consultancy, to Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region. The move marks the first time the agency will directly represent talent as it expands its influencer marketing capabilities in APAC.
Founded in the UK by Chloe Franses, the consultancy has grown to a 20-person team and has worked with brands such as Disney, Hublot, Aston Martin and Bacardi. It has also delivered award-winning work for POP MART. With its APAC expansion, the consultancy aims to tap into the region’s creator-driven markets.
HelloFranses! offers end-to-end influencer marketing services, including strategy development, creator selection, content creation, paid amplification and analytics. The consultancy also uses a proprietary technology platform for content management and reporting.
As part of its regional launch, HelloFranses! will begin directly representing influencers, Key Opinion Leaders and emerging celebrities in APAC, with a focus on luxury and global markets. It will also broker partnerships and sponsorships by connecting brands with aligned partners, events and platforms.
The expansion includes a new Partnerships and Sponsorships division, designed to link brands and creators through collaborations that extend beyond awareness to business impact. The consultancy will also support the development of co-created products, branded content and long-term creator relationships.
HelloFranses!’s Giveback initiative will be offered regionally, providing mentorship, wellbeing support and guidance for emerging creators through workshops, coaching and access to global studio hubs.

HelloFranses! Asia will collaborate closely with W Communications’ Singapore office, which works with brands including 1664, Moët Hennessy Diageo, Deliveroo, Hilton and Geneco. The launch aims to strengthen the agency’s ability to deliver influencer-led and social-first campaigns across Southeast Asia.
