Singapore – French creative and production studio CREAM has officially launched CREAM Asia, its new regional hub based in Singapore, connecting the creative energy of Europe and Asia.
The expansion marks a pivotal step in CREAM’s ambition to build a bridge between global and local talent, helping European agencies enter the Asia-Pacific market while empowering Asian creatives to reach international stages.
Founded in Paris in 2014 and led by founder Michel Teicher, CREAM has built a name for its cinematic craft and collaborative approach, working across film, advertising, gaming, music, and lifestyle.
With Timothée Salze-Lozac’h, partner at the studio and now head of the Singapore hub in CREAM Asia, they aim to blend European artistry with Asia’s fast-rising creative pulse.
“Having grown up in Cambodia and China, I’ve always lived between Europe and Asia-Pacific–and even focused my studies on exchanges between the two continents,” said Salze-Lozac’h.
“I’m fascinated by Asia’s creative energy: each country has its own codes, but we’re witnessing the rise of a shared regional culture carried by works that transcend borders. Our ambition is to build a true bridge between talents and cultures. We believe local voices are essential to tell local stories–that’s why our roster includes directors from France, the U.S., Spain, as well as Vietnam, Japan, and China,” they added.
The Asia-Pacific region has fast become a global hotspot for creative innovation, driven by booming sectors such as entertainment, gaming, and lifestyle–each forecast to grow by nearly 10% in 2025.
In markets like the Philippines and Malaysia, where people spend more than eight hours online daily, the appetite for bold storytelling and immersive digital experiences continues to surge.
“For the past fifteen years–first at BETC, and now at CREAM–I’ve produced extensively across the region, including a feature film. This experience has allowed me to build a strong network of talent–directors, DOPs, creatives–as well as solid, competitive production teams,” Teicher recalled.
With its Singapore launch, CREAM Asia positions itself as a creative compass between continents–navigating the space where culture, craft, and collaboration converge.
“Today, the Asia-Pacific region stands as one of the most dynamic creative territories in the world. Our presence in Singapore allows us to offer partners culturally attuned, creatively ambitious, agile, and competitive solutions–all within the same time zone,” Teicher asserted.
