Shenzhen, China – Publicis Groupe has announced the opening of a new office in Shenzhen, marking its eighth core location in Greater China. The move strengthens the company’s regional presence and supports its goal of driving growth across the Greater Bay Area (GBA) through its “HI+AI” model, which combines human insight with artificial intelligence.
Located in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, the new office is positioned as a strategic response to the GBA’s growing integration and innovation ecosystem. Shenzhen’s dynamic business environment, home to startups, listed companies, and multinational corporations, makes it a key hub for Publicis Groupe’s regional operations.
The office follows the company’s “Power of One” model, designed to promote cross-functional collaboration by integrating talent and resources across disciplines. It will work closely with Publicis Groupe’s offices in Hong Kong and Guangzhou to support both international clients in China and Chinese brands seeking to expand globally.
According to Publicis Groupe, the Shenzhen office will focus on three main pillars:
- HI+AI-powered solutions, leveraging the company’s global AI platforms such as CoreAI and Connected Identity alongside human insights for services across marketing, creative, public relations, and digital transformation.
- Local insights, with teams from mainland China and Hong Kong delivering regionally relevant strategies.
- Network synergy, connecting Shenzhen with the company’s global resources under the “Power of One” structure to ensure integrated execution for clients.
The Shenzhen hub is also expected to contribute to enhancing the city’s international profile by applying Publicis Groupe’s global digital expertise to city branding and communications initiatives.
