Singapore – The PAP Community Foundation (PCF) has partnered with creative agency Tilt to launch ‘A Career That Cares’—their latest recruitment campaign now shining across Singapore’s heartlands, digital screens, and social media.
Live in neighbourhoods from Tampines East to Jurong East, the campaign calls on Singaporeans to find fulfilment in careers that blend ambition with compassion.
As Singapore’s largest preschool operator, with around 350 Sparkletots centres and a growing Sparkle Care network for seniors, PCF continues to champion roles that make a difference in the lives of children and the elderly.
The campaign reimagines career building as both a profession and a purpose—where care is not just a calling, but a craft.
“Tilt’s copywriting and visual approach beautifully capture the heart of what a career at PCF represents—a calling to nurture, uplift and make a lasting difference. We believe this campaign will inspire individuals who wish for their work to touch lives meaningfully each day, especially those seeking purposeful careers in early childhood education and eldercare,” said June Tan, director of brand & communications at PCF.
“‘A Career That Cares’ is for those who believe ambition and compassion don’t stand apart, but belong together,” added Karn Singh, group creative director at Tilt.
Tilt has earlier bagged the agency mandate for PAP Community Foundation following a competitive pitch to represent the foundation’s comprehensive branding, communications, and integrated media strategy.
Running from July to December 2025, the multi-channel campaign bridges the warmth of the community with the reach of digital media—turning every screen into an open door for those ready to build careers that care as deeply as they create.
