Singapore — Havas Media Network Singapore has strengthened its leadership lineup with two senior appointments, naming Jean Lee as managing director of Havas Media Singapore and Zoheb Gafoor as general manager–Digital, Southeast Asia.
Both report to Pankaj Nayak, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and president, Southeast Asia whereas Nayak said that the expanded leadership bench sets the network up for its next phase of growth.
“Jean’s leadership, strategic acumen, and relationship-first approach make her an outstanding addition to our leadership team. Her experience in guiding clients through transformation and building high-performing teams will be critical as we strengthen and scale our Singapore operations to unlock new growth for the agency.” Nayak said.
Lee said, “At the heart of our work are the relationships we build with clients, partners, and our people. I look forward to leading the Singapore team into its next phase of growth and delivering work that is both meaningful and measurable.”
Lee brings more than 20 years of leadership experience from dentsu X, Carat, and OMD, where she worked with brands including IKEA, StarHub, Standard Chartered, Resorts World Sentosa, Uniqlo, and Asia Pacific Breweries.
She will oversee the strategic and operational direction of the Singapore agency and drive integrated collaboration under the network’s Converged.AI vision.
Nayak further added, “Zoheb’s Singapore and expanded regional remit is central to our ambition of driving digital innovation across Southeast Asia. His expertise in performance, data, and operations will elevate how we create meaningful media experiences and measurable business outcomes for clients, while advancing our Converged.AI strategy at speed and scale.”
With over 14 years in performance, data, and operations across APAC, Gafoor will lead the network’s digital transformation mandate in Southeast Asia.
His remit covers automation, performance excellence, and technology partnerships to build scalable, future-ready digital solutions across the region, supported by his experience at Hearts & Science APAC.
