Singapore – Digital Turbine has appointed Sea Yen Ong as regional vice president of sales for APAC, effective immediately. Based in Singapore, Ong will oversee the company’s brand and agency strategy across the Asia-Pacific region as Digital Turbine continues to expand its presence and investments in APAC.
The appointment comes as advertisers and agency networks across the region adjust their operating models, with increased focus on performance, efficiency, and streamlined media strategies heading into 2026. In his new role, Ong will work closely with agencies and marketers to support brand outcomes through Digital Turbine’s mobile ecosystem and premium ad experiences.
Ong joins Digital Turbine from TikTok, where he most recently served as country general manager. In that role, he led commercial strategy and worked with agencies and advertisers to drive growth across multiple markets. Prior to TikTok, he also held senior leadership positions at Spotify, partnering with advertisers on market development and revenue growth.
At Digital Turbine, Ong will be responsible for leading regional sales teams and scaling mobile campaigns across APAC. His remit includes leveraging the company’s partnerships with mobile carriers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and more than 82,000 SDK-integrated apps to connect brands with audiences through mobile-first environments.
