Manila, Philippines — BBDO Guerrero has promoted Nikki Sunga, Andi Olbés, and Emman Carandang to the role of group creative director, recognising their creative output and leadership within the agency.
Sunga has built her career at BBDO Guerrero, working on campaigns for major brands, with her work recognised both locally and internationally. She is also an alumna of Cannes Lions’ ‘See It Be It’ programme, which focuses on gender equality in the creative industry. In the Philippines, she was appointed director of Social and PR for the Creative Guild of the Philippines under the 4As in 2024 and has been involved in mentoring and industry initiatives. She is currently undertaking a Creative MBA programme with Cannes Lions.
On the other hand, Olbés brings more than 10 years of experience in creative leadership and storytelling. As a former Cannes Young Lion and Spikes Asia Young Spikes representative, she has led work for clients including the Department of Tourism, MARS, and PepsiCo.
At BBDO Guerrero, she currently oversees creative for brands such as BPI, Ayala Land Premier, Chowking, Doña Elena, Lay’s, and Mountain Dew. Moreover, Carandang has spent more than a decade with BBDO Guerrero and previously held the position of Head of Art.
