Singapore – LePub has strengthened its top ranks as it names Ete Davies as global chief operating officer, tasked with tightening operations and scaling delivery across its international footprint.
Davies will oversee global business operations, client delivery, and product management, while helping reshape how the agency works with clients worldwide.
He will also work with integrating creative services with data and technology while ensuring campaigns can run smoothly across markets—from London to the region’s busy marketing hubs in Singapore and Sydney.
The move comes as LePub continues to expand its global structure under the umbrella of Publicis Groupe.
“I’m excited to be part of the next phase of LePub’s journey,” said Davies, adding that the agency will work with brands seeking creativity backed by cultural insight and operational rigour.
The appointment places Davies alongside Sven Huberts, who joined the agency last month as its first global president.
Together, the pair will focus on refining LePub’s operating model, aligning teams across markets, and responding to clients whose demands now stretch well beyond traditional advertising.
Huberts described that Davies brings his leadership centred on trust, clarity, and executional strength, “As LePub grows, it’s essential that our operating model is as forward-thinking as our creative output. His leadership will help strengthen our delivery foundations and ensure we execute our global priorities with the speed, consistency, and confidence our clients expect.”
Beyond the leadership reshuffle, the hire signals LePub’s push to build a more connected global network.
Bruno Bertelli, CEO and CCO LePub Worldwide, added, “Ete’s appointment will ensure we can scale our creative excellence globally while staying connected, agile, and ready for the future.”
Agencies are facing rising pressure to blend creativity with data, technology, and operational discipline—particularly as multinational clients expect seamless campaigns across regions, including the fast-growing Asia-Pacific market.
Davies arrives with more than 25 years of agency experience. Most recently he served as chief operating officer for EMEA at Dentsu Creative before becoming executive vice president.
Earlier roles include chief executive at Engine Creative, managing director at AnalogFolk, and senior delivery positions at AKQA.
