Hong Kong – The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has launched a tender for a Philippine-based public relations agency to manage its two-year tourism promotion campaign in the country.
The project, titled Philippines PR Agency Annual Retainer for HKTB 2026–2028, will be procured directly by HKTB and run from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028. The appointed PR partner will be responsible for planning and executing PR and marketing campaigns in the Philippines to meet HKTB’s objectives and encourage visitor arrivals to Hong Kong over the two-year period.
PR activities outlined in the tender include media monitoring, press release dissemination, brand and influencer campaign management, and the organisation of media events and familiarisation trips.
Tenderers interested in the project must submit an Expression of Interest on company letterhead via email to Mandy Foo, assistant marketing manager at HKTB ([email protected]). After submission, agencies will receive a confidentiality agreement, and upon signing it, they will be notified via the SAP Ariba e-tendering system, where the Project Brief, Tender Documents, and Conditions can be accessed.
The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 19 January 2026 at 12:00pm Philippine time, while the tender submission closes on 20 February 2026 at 2:00pm Philippine time.
Agencies must meet the following minimum requirements: a valid business registration in the Philippines and no conflicts of interest with any national tourist organisations (NTOs) that are in direct competition with HKTB as a retainer or on ad hoc projects during the 1 May 2026–30 April 2028 period.
Tenders must comply with the Tender Documents and Conditions and be submitted electronically via SAP Ariba. Late submissions will not be accepted.
