Bangkok, Thailand – Whoscall has teamed up with VML Thailand to launch a creative campaign that reframes digital security as a collective effort rather than an individual struggle.
Branded under the concept “Innovating for Trust, Powered by People,” the campaign highlights how community vigilance can outsmart scammers and restore public confidence in the digital space.
The campaign’s centrepiece film uses the metaphor of light to symbolise protection with flashlights on mobile phones igniting one after another.
Echoing the “No, no, no” lyrical rendition in the tune of Beethoven’s Symphony No.5 idea, the campaign reinforces how safety strengthens when communities stand together.
This campaign comes at a critical moment as according to Whoscall’s 2025 report, 72% of Thais have been exposed to scams, 60% have fallen victim, and losses have topped 115 billion baht.
To address this, Whoscall is enhancing its platform with AI-powered tools including Live Caller ID Plus, Scam Check, and ID Security, alongside community features such as scam reporting badges and Whoscall Missions, which reward active users.
“At the heart of Whoscall is the community. Every time we report a scam, we are not only protecting ourselves but also safeguarding society as a whole because each report has the power to save someone else,” affirmed Titinun Suttinaraphan, global marketing director of Gogolook.
The brand is also expanding its partnerships with media outlets, property developers, and businesses to extend digital safety nationwide.
New services, from Verified Business Numbers and Whoscall Ads to flexible Premium packages, aim to build trust in everyday communications.
With over 100 million downloads worldwide, Whoscall combines artificial intelligence with human participation, positioning itself as Thailand’s digital shield against scammers.
Gogolook Thailand CEO Manwoo Joo emphasised that these figures reflect a wider breakdown of trust, urging innovation that protects both individuals and society.
“At Whoscall, we believe innovation matters only when it restores that trust. That is why our renewed mission is fostering trust and safety in Thai society through innovation and people power,” he added.
