Indonesia – Wisnu Satya Putra and Wira Gumay, former leaders at Dentsu Creative Indonesia, have launched a new agency called Feel Good Network. The firm aims to provide client-focused creative solutions by combining international standards with local market adaptability.
Putra previously served as CEO of Dentsu Creative Indonesia, while Gumay held the role of general manager.
The new agency positions itself as a client-first alternative in the market, with an approach centered on long-term collaboration and flexibility. Its services include IP building and collaboration, which focus on helping brands develop long-term assets and cultural relevance rather than one-off ideas.
The agency also offers modular creative expertise, integrating ATL, BTL, TTL, and digital activations with specialised professionals as needed. Another key aspect is its emphasis on close partnership, where the agency works directly with clients to co-create strategies that reflect real business priorities.
Supported by private equity and a leadership team with multinational agency experience, Feel Good Network seeks to merge international standards with local cultural insight. The company said this model allows it to scale operations while staying closely connected to the Indonesian market.
According to the founders, the agency’s philosophy is rooted in fostering effective partnerships among clients, teams, and collaborators, with the belief that stronger collaboration leads to better outcomes for the wider industry—or, in the agency’s words, “when clients, teams, and partners all feel good, the industry itself rises.”
“Clients don’t need another large machine; they need a business partner who understands their business, moves at their speed, and co-creates solutions that truly fit in reality,” said Wisnu Satya Putra, CEO of Feel Good Network. “We are here to work hand in hand, not from a distance.”
“At the end of the day, our measure of success isn’t just campaign KPIs,” added Wira Gumay, COO of Feel Good Network. “It’s whether the process—and the partnership—felt good. When collaboration feels right, impact follows.”
