Marketing agency Mahlab launches AI-powered CampaignScaler for its clients

Singapore – Communications and marketing agency Mahlab has introduced its ‘CampaignScaler,’ a proprietary AI-assisted tool to help its clients turn large-scale data into high-quality content.

Available to all Mahlab clients across APAC and the globe, CampaignScaler helps streamline projects by accelerating the delivery of assets while ensuring they are brand-aligned and localised. It aims to reduce the workload internally, simplifying campaign processes.

The launch reflects Mahlab’s commitment as an early adopter of new technology. Through GenAI, Campaign Scaler boosts the output of marketing, content, and communications teams.

It was initially built to support a global fintech company in delivering a multi-market industry insights report. It enabled the team to produce reports and press releases at a large scale in a short period of time.

Lily Carlyon, head of strategy at Mahlab, said, “We work with a range of global clients who are constantly looking for ways to take large volumes of raw data and make it relevant, meaningful and engaging. That’s exactly what CampaignScaler has been built to do.”

“CampaignScaler ensured accuracy and speed. It also reduced the strain on client teams who have previously had to be very involved in reviewing content for accuracy, managing data sets and translations. This was a real pain point for our client that this workflow was able to resolve,” Carlyon said.

“As an organisation, we’re focused on how technology can improve the way we work and deliver more value to our clients. We’ve been using GenAI to support our workflows for the last 18 months. Developing CampaignScaler was an exciting next step,” she added.
