Australia – Superloop has launched a new campaign, developed with Leo Australia, promoting its high-speed internet service.
The campaign draws inspiration from the way Superloop customers often highlight their internet speeds on social media and online forums. It follows the company’s recent recognition as Australia’s fastest fixed network, with the creative direction led by Jim Hosking.
The initiative is supported by Publicis Groupe’s connected agency platform, involving Leo, Zenith Media Sydney and Digitas, and continues Superloop’s positioning as a network designed for high-speed connectivity.
Tommy Cehak, executive creative director at Leo Australia, said, “As with anything in life, when you’re onto a good thing, you want to tell everyone. That’s what it’s like when you have internet at Superloop speeds – just don’t share your Wifi password.”
The campaign also features the return of Sunny, a character first introduced in the company’s 2024 brand campaign, who promotes Superloop’s service to his neighbourhood.
Meanwhile, Ben Colman, chief marketing officer at Superloop, commented, “What we love about this campaign is that the idea really originated with Superloop customers. We see them in the forums and the comment sections sharing their Superloop experience – their speeds and reliability – with others, so we unleashed Sunny to do the same.”
The rollout includes video on demand, social, out-of-home, and radio from 27 August, with further integrations planned across audio platforms and social media partnerships.
