Singapore — Experiential marketing agency The Company We Keep (The CWK), part of global experiential leader Opus Agency, has expanded its Asia-Pacific team with five new appointments in Singapore.
The hires bring the regional headcount to 13 and strengthen the agency’s ability to deliver large-scale, experience-led campaigns across the region.
The new roles span creative, production, digital and account management, reflecting growing client demand for integrated experiential services.
The expansion is being driven by a combination of new partnerships and extended remits with existing clients including Salesforce, UBS and Red Hat.
Since opening its Singapore hub in February 2023, The CWK has used the city-state as a base for regional delivery, producing experiences across the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Greater China and India.
Recent projects include the Salesforce Agentforce World Tour in Singapore, Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur, as well as the UBS Asian Investment Conference Singapore Wealth Edition.
Victor Darmawan, business director APAC for TCWK said, “Clients are looking for partners who can move fast, adapt to different markets and bring global best practice to local audiences – and that’s exactly what our expanded team allows us to do.”
He noted that the expanded team will enable the agency to scale more effectively, respond quickly to market needs and apply global best practices to local audiences.
The growth follows The CWK’s integration into Opus Agency earlier this year, a move that combines local expertise with international reach.
Nigel Ruffell, EVP APAC for TCWK said, “Singapore had proven to be the right base for clients and highlighted the agency’s people-first culture as key to building long-term partnerships.”
With the support of Opus Agency and the wider Opus Group, he added, the business is well placed to accelerate its presence across Asia-Pacific.
Alongside the investment in Singapore, The CWK has also made new hires in Sydney, bringing its total headcount across APAC to more than 100.
The agency’s dual presence in Singapore and Australia positions it to deliver world-class experiential campaigns at scale, serving both local and multinational clients in one of the fastest-growing regions for brand experiences.
