Australia – reo, powered by oOh!media, has appointed JJ Eastwood as director of product, data and technology to strengthen its retail media networks across Australia and New Zealand.
In the role, Eastwood will focus on scaling reo’s retail media capabilities, overseeing its ad tech and data strategy, including smarter targeting, closed-loop reporting, and developing omnichannel solutions for retailers and brands.
Eastwood brings significant industry experience, having been the founding managing director of Carousell Media Group, where he built Asia’s largest multi-marketplace retail media network reaching over 40 million shoppers monthly. He has also led Rakuten Advertising’s APAC business and launched eBay’s advertising division in Australia.

Eastwood’s appointment follows the June hiring of Renae Usher as Director of Sales, reflecting reo’s ongoing growth in the retail media sector. The company has expanded its partnerships in 2025 with retailers such as Petbarn, Officeworks, and Australia Post.
