Pos Malaysia unifies courier services under Pos Laju to support local and cross-border business growth

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia — Pos Malaysia Berhad is strengthening its support for businesses looking to expand beyond local markets with the consolidation of its domestic and international courier services under its flagship courier brand ‘Pos Laju.’

Under the new structure, all courier services will operate under the Pos Laju brand, providing customers with a streamlined experience for domestic deliveries and international shipping through one unified access point.

The consolidation comes as more Malaysian businesses, particularly Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), look to tap into regional and global opportunities amid the continued growth of cross-border e-commerce.

By bringing its courier offerings together, Pos Malaysia aims to make international expansion simpler and more accessible for businesses of all sizes.

Building on Pos Laju’s established role in supporting Malaysia’s e-commerce ecosystem, the company now offers businesses access to delivery services reaching up to 230 countries and territories through its extensive postal and commercial logistics network.

Beyond parcel delivery, Pos Malaysia is positioning itself as an end-to-end e-commerce partner by offering fulfilment services including warehousing, pick-and-pack operations and integrated logistics solutions, allowing businesses to focus on growth while reducing operational complexity.

The consolidation is also supported by improvements in operational performance, with Pos Malaysia reporting that its domestic next-day parcel delivery rate reached 92% in 2025, reflecting continued gains in service reliability.

“With Pos Laju as a single platform, we are making it much simpler for businesses to move from domestic delivery into cross-border trade, while supporting them with an end-to-end ecosystem from fulfilment to final-mile—so businesses can focus on growth while we manage the complexity behind the scenes,” Charles William, Group Chief Sales Officer at Pos Malaysia.

“With more than 200 years of delivery expertise, Pos Malaysia combines the strength of the global postal network with trusted commercial partners, supported by experienced teams who understand cross-border shipping,” added William.

The rollout will be implemented progressively across digital channels, retail outlets and business touchpoints to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
