Singapore – 7-Eleven Singapore is repositioning itself beyond convenience with the launch of its new brand platform, ‘Find The Good Stuff’, a campaign developed with creative agency TAG that aims to transform routine store visits into moments of discovery.

The campaign comes as the retailer looks to respond to evolving consumer expectations, with convenience increasingly viewed as a baseline rather than a competitive advantage.

According to a 2026 DFI Retail Group Brand Experience survey of more than 900 convenience shoppers, consumers now place greater value on retailers that are exciting, community-focused, and innovative.

The study also found that trust is increasingly driven by new product discoveries, exclusive offerings, and fresh retail experiences.

Built around these insights, the campaign launches with a hero brand film showcasing how customers can uncover unexpected moments of joy throughout their day, from satisfying food cravings to discovering trending products and collectibles. The video has already garnered more than three million views across Instagram and Facebook.

Supporting the campaign is a mix of digital and on-ground activations designed to encourage product discovery.

Among them is the ‘Don’t Judge Till You Try’ challenge, featuring four social media creators encouraging consumers to sample 7-Eleven’s expanding ready-to-eat range. As part of the activation, the retailer is giving away 10,000 ready-to-eat items across selected stores throughout July. According to the company, each giveaway was fully redeemed within an hour.

The campaign also extends to the retailer’s app, where new and existing yuu members can redeem discounts on ready-to-eat meals while stocks last, alongside rewards and product discovery features designed to bridge digital engagement with in-store experiences.

Across Singapore, the campaign will appear in more than 450 stores through updated point-of-sale materials, while 11 flagship outlets will receive façade takeovers. The campaign will also extend into commuters’ daily journeys through MRT train advertisements running throughout July.

To further reinforce the discovery theme, 7-Eleven has introduced its first Build-Your-Own 7-Eleven Store blind box collection. The limited-edition series features five miniature store concepts inspired by different shopping moments, alongside a secret edition available through redemption or purchase.

Commenting on the campaign, Josephine Luo, Head of Marketing and Digital at 7-Eleven Singapore, said the retailer is evolving from simply providing convenience to creating memorable shopping experiences.

“Convenience remains at the heart of what we do, but increasingly, customers are looking for more than just convenience—they want the joy of discovering something unexpected,” Luo said.

She added that the campaign aims to ensure customers feel there is always something new waiting whenever they visit a 7-Eleven store, helping the brand build stronger emotional connections and encourage repeat visits.
