Singapore – Ogury has appointed Nicolas Bidon as its new chief executive officer, effective December 1, the company announced on Monday. Bidon, a veteran adtech executive with more than 20 years of global experience, will lead the company’s next stage of growth and oversee its worldwide operations.
Bidon most recently served as global CEO of GroupM Nexus, part of WPP, where he led a network of over 11,000 digital specialists. Since joining WPP in 2012 as managing director of Xaxis UK, he went on to become global CEO of plista and later global CEO of Xaxis, steering its shift toward an outcome-focused media model powered by proprietary AI across 47 markets. His earlier experience includes leadership roles at Yahoo and several enterprise software companies, including Microstrategy and Watchfire.
“With major disruptions everywhere you look, the advertising ecosystem stands at a crossroads and is poised for reinvention,” said Bidon. “Ogury’s unique blend of data, powerful technology, and innovative culture position it perfectly to turn this complexity into a competitive advantage for its clients. I’m honoured to lead such a talented global team and to partner with Jean Canzoneri and the Board to accelerate Ogury’s next phase of growth.”
Meanwhile, Jean Canzoneri, co-founder and chairman of Ogury,, commented, “Ogury’s differentiation stems from multiple strengths, from our proprietary, persona-based data model to our fully integrated, cross-channel platform. Together, they enable advertisers to transform complex consumer behaviours into actionable intelligence at scale. Nicolas’s extensive global experience and proven ability to expand fast-growing adtech companies make him the ideal leader to further elevate Ogury’s impact across the industry.”
In his new role, Bidon will oversee Ogury’s strategy, business development, and operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Based in London, he succeeds Geoffroy Martin, who has served as CEO since January 2023. Bidon is a graduate of Georgia Tech in the United States and ICN Business School in France.
The leadership change follows Ogury’s launch earlier this year of Ogury One, a unified advertising platform that connects audience insights, media planning, and omnichannel activation. The platform uses AI-driven integrations with agency tools to help advertisers convert audience data into scalable personas across in-app, web, mobile, and CTV environments.
