Japan – JCB International Co., Ltd., the international operations arm of Japan’s global payment brand JCB Co., Ltd., has launched a new experiential promotion designed for its cardmembers outside Japan.

The initiative, called the ‘Exclusive Giant Gacha Experience’, is a limited-time event held across three of Shibuya’s well-known locations—Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, Shibuya PARCO, and shibuya-san.

Participants can join by photographing the capsule toy machine and posting it on designated social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, WeChat, and RED, using the hashtag #morejcb.

Prizes up for grabs include Tokyo travel essentials such as a Tokyo Metro 24-hour unlimited ride pass and Limited-Edition Pass Case, as well as admission to CROSSING VIEW & ROOFTOP LOUNGE MAG8, which overlooks the Shibuya Crossing.

All participants will also receive a Shibuya-themed pouch containing trash bags, a symbolic gesture that supports the area’s beautification efforts.

Launched under the theme “More Japan – More Value, More Fun! ”, the campaign aims to provide international visitors with a culturally immersive experience while showcasing the everyday convenience of using JCB in Japan.

The promotion is part of the broader ‘MORE JAPAN with JCB’ brand concept, which highlights exclusive offers and benefits for inbound travellers. Through such initiatives, JCB seeks to strengthen its connection with international visitors and encourage deeper engagement with Japan’s local culture.
