Singapore – Mastercard and Mandai Wildlife Group have entered into a two-year strategic partnership aimed at positioning the Mandai Wildlife Reserve as a top travel destination for regional tourists. The collaboration will leverage Mastercard’s vast cardholder base and market intelligence to power targeted campaigns across Southeast Asia, India, Australia, and North Asia, while spotlighting Mandai’s rich offerings in nature and wildlife experiences.
Through the partnership, Mastercard cardholders will gain access to a range of exclusive privileges across the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. These include curated experiences and special deals at all five of its wildlife parks — Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, and the upcoming Rainforest Wild — as well as accommodation options such as the Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, the soon-to-open Colugo Camp, and future indoor attractions like Exploria and Curiosity Cove.
These perks will be made available via the Mandai Wildlife Reserve’s official website and Mastercard’s Priceless.com platform, which offers exclusive experiences tailored for cardholders, including nature-themed getaways and bespoke travel moments.
To mark the launch of the partnership, Mandai Wildlife Group has introduced a new premium dining offering, Lunch in the Wild, set to begin in August. The experience, held at Bird Paradise, kicks off with a private avian encounter at the Sky Amphitheatre, featuring guided interactions with birds such as macaws and cockatoos.
Guests will then be treated to a four-course themed lunch at Crimson Restaurant, overlooking the picturesque Hong Leong Foundation Crimson Wetlands. To complement the meal, diners can also opt for tailor-made cocktails created in collaboration with PLUME — the Pan Pacific Singapore bar known for its bird-inspired drink menu. Mastercard holders can enjoy a 1-for-1 promotion on these signature cocktails as part of the exclusive perks.
Belina Lee, deputy chief executive officer, transformation & growth at Mandai Wildlife Group said, “As the Mandai Wildlife Reserve continues to grow as a multi-faceted destination featuring world-renowned wildlife parks, nature-themed lifestyle experiences, and sustainable accommodations, this collaboration with Mastercard presents an exciting opportunity to connect with a broader global audience.”
She added, “Together, we are creating exclusive offerings that nurture a sense of stewardship – inviting travellers to rediscover nature, forge meaningful connections with wildlife, and create lasting memories through the immersive experiences our precinct offers.”
Meanwhile, Deborah Heng, country manager for Singapore at Mastercard, commented, “Mastercard is proud to be collaborating with Mandai Wildlife Group on ways to bring people closer to wildlife and nature. Singapore’s unique wildlife parks are constantly innovating to surpass visitor expectations, and this collaboration enables us to create meaningful moments and unforgettable experiences that go beyond the ordinary. Whether it is a weekend family outing or a discovery-filled holiday, cardholders in Singapore and around the world can look forward to lasting, curated memories with their loved ones.”
