The new FairPrice Finest acts as a testbed for more than 20 digital retail solutions each year, from smart price tags and AI shopping assistants to automated discounts and endless aisles that extend beyond the store walls.
By replacing paper tags with instant digital updates, pricing stays accurate while helping the tills go greener.
Interactive zones are turning browsing into an experience: wine shelves pour out tasting notes, baby and electronics aisles pair products with QR codes, and every cart carries the promise of both in-store touch and online reach.
Meanwhile, Hanshow’s Lumina displays bring vivid promotions to life, while digital coupons at checkout link baskets in-store to future clicks online.
With Hanshow and FPG stacking innovation high, the “Store of Tomorrow” is more than a flagship—it is a blueprint where aisles are smarter, shelves are dynamic, and every transaction adds up to a connected, sustainable future.
Recently, Fairprice also introduced ‘Smart Carts’ that feature conversation shopping assistance that offers shoppers real-time product recommendation, recipe suggestions, and store promotions which jumpstarted their ‘Store of Tomorrow’ feat.
