Jakarta, Indonesia – Good People Network Indonesia, which is part of the GOODSTUPH Thailand network, has promoted Swastika Rahmadani to executive creative director following a year of strong performance.
The agency said Rahmadani has helped grow the office’s creative reputation across the entertainment, finance, and FMCG categories, while fostering a culture-first approach to its work.
Under her leadership, the Jakarta office won multiple awards, including its first trophy at ADFEST 2025 and another award at Citra Pariwara in December 2025, where the agency’s work contributed to Netflix Indonesia being named Advertiser of the Year for the second consecutive year.
Central to this success was Netflix’s ‘Reza Lagi’ — a campaign that became both a viral hit and one of the most awarded pieces at Citra Pariwara this year.
Beyond entertainment, Rahmadani also led creative work for Chiki and Emina, two new brand relationships that helped broaden the agency’s footprint across FMCG and beauty.
“Swastika has an instinct for culture and a deep respect for craft. She pushes the work, backs her team, and knows when an idea needs to be louder — or when it needs to be left alone. This promotion simply formalises the leadership role she’s already been playing,” said Jeremy Chia, co-CEO and co-CCO of GOODSTUPH Thailand.
In her new role, Rahmadani will continue to lead the creative vision for Indonesia while strengthening collaboration across the GOODSTUPH Southeast Asia network.
“This year was about trusting culture and trusting people. We pushed ourselves to make work that felt honest to Indonesia, and I’m proud of the team for showing what’s possible when you back ideas and back each other,” Rahmadani shared.
