Singapore – INVNT, the global live brand storytelling agency, has expanded its Asia-Pacific leadership team with two key appointments and an internal promotion as it continues to grow its regional footprint.
Darren Vaughan joins as director of production in Australia, bringing more than three decades of experience in media and live event production, with previous roles at Fourth Wall, Limelight Events, and drv creative.
He has led major campaigns for brands such as Penfolds, Microsoft, Toyota, and Walt Disney Company.
Stephen Davey has been appointed as executive producer, renowned for producing large-scale live and televised events, including the National Rugby League’s State of Origin series and Grand Final.
He recently led the 2025 NRL Grand Final production in Sydney with INVNT, which featured a standout performance by Teddy Swims and broke broadcast viewership records.
Their appointments align with the promotion of Fiona Pullen to vice president of production in APAC, recognising her leadership as head of production and reinforcing INVNT’s commitment to nurturing talent from within.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Darren and Stephen to INVNT at such a pivotal time for our APAC operations. Their leadership, experience, and creative vision will be key as we continue pushing boundaries in live brand experiences. With Fiona leading regional production, our team is stronger than ever—positioned for even greater innovation and impact,” said Laura Roberts, managing director, APAC at INVNT.
