Bangkok, Thailand – BBDO Bangkok has named Pathida “Jern” Akkarajindanon as Chief Creative Officer, marking a shift from a traditional top-down model to a collaborative, data- and technology-driven approach that integrates cross-disciplinary teams to deliver creative work with measurable business impact.
Jern is widely recognised as one of Thailand’s leading creative forces, combining award-winning creativity with strong business acumen. She has built a reputation not only for producing work recognised at major international and regional platforms such as Cannes Lions but also for creating ideas that deliver tangible business results.
Known for connecting creativity with commercial outcomes, Jern transforms brand challenges into culturally resonant ideas that drive measurable growth. Her leadership emphasises openness, shared ownership, and collective creativity, fostering an environment where ideas can come from anywhere and be developed collaboratively.
Over her 15-year career, Jern has held senior roles at leading agencies in Thailand and China. Most recently, she was Executive Creative Director at Wolf BKK, where she led a new generation of creative talent, before returning to BBDO Bangkok as Chief Creative Officer.
She is currently ranked 3rd in Thailand’s Top 10 Most Awarded Creatives and 30th in Asia’s Top 100 Most Awarded Creatives (2026). Throughout her career, she has delivered high-impact work for brands including KFC Thailand, Central Department Store, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Krungsri Bank, and HBO Max Asia, earning recognition through numerous international accolades.
