Australia – Bankwest has launched a new campaign in collaboration with advertising agency Bear Meets Eagle On Fire, highlighting new features on the bank’s Just Enough Bank platform.
The campaign comprises three videos depicting Bankwest customers navigating surreal scenarios, including becoming their mother, meeting new neighbors, and being abducted by aliens. Through humour, the films suggest that consumers can spend less time worrying about banking-related matters such as security or unknown transactions.
“We’re loving how Australians are responding to the Just Enough Bank campaign, so we’re continuing to lean on it to bring to life the insight that we’d all like to have a little more brain space these days,” said Rachel Aikin, general manager of customer marketing and communications at Bankwest. “These features have been carefully designed to do just that – taking the worry out of everyday money tasks for busy Australians.”
According to the bank, the campaign reflects Bankwest’s broader philosophy that banking should play a proportionate role in people’s lives.
Meanwhile, Micah Walker, founder and chief creative officer at Bear Meets Eagle On Fire, hinted that “there’s more fun stuff to come” following positive feedback on the platform and brand.
