Mumbai, India — Asian Paints has collaborated with Spotify for its I-POP event, marking the first time the two brands have partnered. The event, which celebrated India’s pop music movement, featured a mix of music and visual art, bringing together fans and Spotify Premium subscribers for an invite-only evening.

At the event, Asian Paints contributed a mural inspired by music and celebration, showcasing Chromacosm, the company’s architectural colour system with over 5,300 shades. An experience zone also included a photo booth constructed from Asian Paints buckets, where attendees captured Polaroid keepsakes in the shade of ‘Love Song’.
Armaan Malik, one of India’s popular pop singers, performed at the event and visited the Asian Paints space, noting the mural on display. The brand presented him with a custom guitar painted in his preferred Asian Paints shades, reflecting the mural’s design.

The evening’s lineup also featured performances by Aditya Rikhari, Sanju Rathod, King, Jonita Gandhi, Hansika Pareek, and Kushagra.
“Pop, with its vibrant, feel-good energy, shares a natural synergy with Asian Paints — a brand that has long been synonymous with colour, creativity and joy,” a company spokesperson said.
Asian Paints has previously partnered in cricket, art, topical campaigns, and cultural initiatives, and this collaboration extends the brand’s engagement into the music sector.
