Anytime Fitness partners with Malaysia’s Youth and Sports Ministry to drive national wellness following new club opening

Malaysia – Anytime Fitness has reached a major milestone in Malaysia with the opening of its 80th club at Neocyber, Cyberjaya, underscoring its position as the country’s largest fitness franchise. The expansion is paired with a new collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, strengthening the brand’s role in supporting nationwide wellness initiatives.

“We are honoured to celebrate our 80th club milestone by partnering with the Ministry in building a stronger, healthier Malaysia,” said Ryan Cheal, group chief operating officer, Inspire Brands Asia, regional master franchisee of Anytime Fitness.

The partnership focuses on making fitness more accessible across different life stages, aligning community programmes with government-led campaigns. 

Alongside its rapid growth, Anytime Fitness continues to distinguish itself through 24-hour club access, expert coaching, unlimited group classes, and its Smart Coaching Ecosystem via the AF App. 

This digital platform provides personalised guidance on training, nutrition, and recovery, helping members stay consistent in their fitness journeys.

With over 5,600 clubs in 42 countries and more than 5 million members globally, Anytime Fitness combines international strength with local relevance. 

Its growth in Malaysia reflects rising demand for inclusive fitness options, cementing the brand’s long-term commitment to helping people train for life.
