Jakarta, Indonesia — Feel Good Network has appointed Innercircle and BRICKS as its lead creative agencies, strengthening its ability to deliver integrated brand, content, media, and performance solutions for clients across Southeast Asia.
The appointments form part of the network’s strategy to build a more connected creative ecosystem, bringing together brand thinking, digital creativity, content production, media, and data under a unified approach.
Under the new structure, Innercircle and BRICKS will play key roles in helping clients build stronger brands while delivering measurable business results across the marketing funnel.
Innercircle will contribute its expertise in brand building and creative development, drawing on experience gained from working with brands such as Pizza Hut, Mead Johnson, VinFast, Indofood, and Lion Wings.
“We have all worked on global accounts, and we know what good looks like when the standards are high,” said Morica Lim, Co-Founder and Business Director of Innercircle. “What the market needs now is that same standard delivered with local instinct and at the speed of culture. We stay lean on purpose, because we believe in giving every client our best people rather than just our available ones.”
BRICKS, meanwhile, will strengthen the network’s capabilities in strategy, data, and performance-driven creativity as a full-funnel agency designed from the outset to integrate creative execution with analytics to solve business challenges and drive commercial outcomes.
“Any agency will tell a client what it can do. Very few will tell a client what it should do. That is the conversation we built BRICKS to have. We don’t measure a scope by what we deliver, but by the business number it was supposed to move,” said Stephanie Putri Fajar, Co-Founder and Managing Director of BRICKS.
The appointments reflect changing client needs as brands increasingly look for agency partners that can connect long-term brand building with measurable growth.
Beyond operating through separate specialist silos, Feel Good Network aims to provide clients with a more integrated model that combines strategic direction, creative execution and business performance.
The agencies will work alongside the network’s wider specialist units across social, creator marketing, content production, media and data, giving brands access to specialist expertise while maintaining strategic consistency.
According to Feel Good Network, the move is designed to help clients navigate increasingly fragmented consumer journeys, where brand experiences now span multiple platforms, creators, commerce channels and performance touchpoints.
“Innercircle and BRICKS bring those capabilities together — helping the network create growth that is not only faster, but more intentional, more connected, and more sustainable for our clients,” said Wisnu Satya Putra, CEO of Feel Good Network.
The appointments also support the network’s wider regional growth ambitions following its recent expansion into Malaysia, as it continues building a Southeast Asian creative ecosystem focused on delivering both cultural relevance and business growth for brands.
