Hong Kong – Hong Kong-based Wing Tai Properties is positioning its new residential development, CLOUDVIEW, as an emotional sanctuary for urbanites seeking to be connected to the city while enjoying space to breathe in its latest launch campaign.
Described as a reimagining of modern living, CLOUDVIEW in the Northern Metropolis taps into the growing demand for a restorative, nature-led lifestyle that offers ample mental “breathing room”.
The launch campaign, themed ‘Beyond the Clouds, the Future Awaits’ (雲想天開 盡嚮未來), centres on a video in which clouds take on multiple roles: guiding viewers through the development’s highlights—from sweeping views of the nearby golf course to the creative energy of the Northern Metropolis—while inspiring a young couple’s imagination and showcasing a lifestyle focused on balance and well-being.
Developed with Hong Kong-based creative agency Narrow Door, known for its human-centric, emotionally resonant work, the campaign also emphasises CLOUDVIEW’s forest-inspired living concept. Nature scenes in the video highlight the openness of the spaces, designed to allow the eye to wander and the spirit to soar.
Throughout the video, clouds serve as a metaphor for freedom and expansive thought, creating an oasis where residents can rise above urban density and reset.
Terry Tsang, director of Narrow Door, said, “Function is often just another name for emotion. That’s especially true when the product is a home. In line with the two pillars of the client’s new strategy, we wanted to do justice to CLOUDVIEW’s many great features by amplifying the emotional benefit of each, whether it’s contentment, excitement, optimism, connection or something else. Because home is never just four walls and a roof over our heads. Ultimately, home is a feeling.”
The CLOUDVIEW campaign marks a strategic move for Wing Tai Properties, reflecting its focus on design-led “lifestyle craftsmanship” and targeting professionals and entrepreneurs connected to the Northern Metropolis or cross-border business. Its approach is anchored on two pillars: clear product positioning and a strong emotional appeal.
The video is scheduled for release in March 2026, with a special long-format version to be screened exclusively at the newly opened CLOUDVIEW presentation centre.
The campaign will run across multiple channels, including TVCs, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), OOH placements in the MTR and KMB networks, whole-bus advertising with seatback stickers, print ads, advertorials, and sales brochures.

A dedicated campaign website, available in both desktop and mobile versions, has been created to provide an immersive and fluid user experience that mirrors the vibrancy of the video.

Gabriella Chow, director – sales & marketing of Wing Tai Properties, commented, “With CLOUDVIEW, we are not just providing a residence; we are offering a canvas for the imagination. CLOUDVIEW enjoys an expansive view of the internationally acclaimed Fanling golf course. Together with our signature 3.5m floor-to-floor ceiling aesthetics, we have created a space where residents can truly feel ‘above the ordinary.’
Chow added, “As the Northern Metropolis evolves, Wing Tai remains committed to crafting homes that harmonise with nature while serving as a beacon of modern and sophisticated living.”
