Manila, Philippines – NutriAsia Incorporated, through its UFC brand, has launched a Sweet and Spicy Spaghetti Sauce, developed in collaboration with independent creative agency Leron Leron Sinta. The new product offers a spicier take on a Filipino culinary staple, aimed at more mature palates.
Branded as ‘Rated SPG: Swicy Pasta for Grown-Ups’, the launch combines the familiar sweetness of Filipino spaghetti with a spicy kick.

The campaign also highlights influencers from lifestyle, food, and pop-culture spheres who grew up with classic sweet spaghetti and now favour a more adventurous taste.
Conceptualised by Leron Leron Sinta, the launch strayed from the traditional Filipino Spaghetti being traditionally sweet and often associated with childhood memories, birthday parties, and family gatherings. While it has long been a favourite among children, adult consumers are increasingly seeking bolder and more complex flavours.
“With UFC Swicy Sweet and Spicy Spaghetti Sauce, we want to prove that everyday cooking can be effortless, exciting, and boldly flavorful, just like the grown-ups it’s made for,” says Madz Javier, senior consumer engagement manager of NutriAsia.
