United Kingdom – Global marketing consultancy TEAM LEWIS has completed the acquisition of the UK division of communications consultancy Instinctif, effective immediately.
Instinctif’s UK operations will be integrated into TEAM LEWIS’ global network while continuing to operate under the Instinctif brand in the near term. The move will expand the combined firm’s service offering and strengthen its capabilities across a range of sectors, including technology, automotive, defence, energy, financial services, leisure, and property.
In addition to sector expertise, the integration will focus on practice areas such as crisis preparedness, strategy and planning, and technology-driven innovation.
