Singapore – UNIQLO will reopen its Orchard Central global flagship store on September 26, unveiling a refreshed space that blends global LifeWear essentials with a distinctly local touch.
Shoppers can expect a reimagined store journey, exclusive designs, and a celebration of Singapore’s culture through creative collaborations.
The revamped flagship promises more intuitive layouts, upgraded fitting rooms, and expanded displays that highlight both international collections and homegrown talent.
“We reimagined the store experience by anticipating the needs of our customers,” shared Joey Tong, Uniqlo Singapore’s director of store development.
A specially curated ‘City Guide’ introduces twelve local brands, from artisanal cafés to cultural landmarks, while the expanded UT zone showcases a Mickey Mouse series reimagined with a Singapore twist.
“What’s more, given the popularity of local collaborations in UTme!, we’ve expanded the retail space to provide a bigger spotlight on these partnerships. It’s the everyday details that transform shopping into an enjoyable experience,” Tong added.
Opening festivities include live Taiko drum performances, exclusive giveaways, and limited-edition merchandise available only during the launch weekend.
From tote bags and bakery treats to Singapore-themed Mickey Mouse designs, UNIQLO aims to make the reopening both memorable and uniquely tied to the city.
With its renewed flagship, UNIQLO strengthens its role not just as a global fashion retailer, but as an integral part of Singapore’s lifestyle and community.
