Singapore – Apparel retailer UNIQLO is teaming up with Singaporean coffee shop chain Ya Kun Kaya Toast to launch a new collection in celebration of SG60. Combining its ‘LifeWear Philosophy’ for everyday wear with Ya Kun Kaya Toast’s traditional breakfast offerings, UNIQLO is set to launch a t-shirt collection highlighting the morning staples.
Spotlighting breakfasts powering Singaporeans’ mornings over the years, UNIQLO and Ya Kun Kaya Toast’s collaboration celebrates everyday moments resonating with locals.
Starting August 1, UNIQLO is releasing a UTme! T-shirt collection displaying iconic food items. Three of the six designs depict Ya Kun Kaya Toast’s journey from its original store in Far East Square.
The rest of the collection shows the coffee shop’s ‘Order Coffee Like a Pro’ concept, showcasing Singapore’s ‘Kopi’ and ‘Teh’ or milk types and sweetness preferences.
From August 1 to 10, customers can also get a set of UNIQLO x Ya Kun Kaya Toast key chains with a minimum spend of S$100 at the apparel brand.
Meanwhile, the coffee shop’s customers can also purchase any SG60 menu to get the keychain set from August 6 onwards.
