Jakarta, Indonesia – Volare Advertising Network, through its subsidiary agency Eyden, has been named the lead agency for RS Bunda Group’s brand overhaul, overseeing everything from visual identity to integrated CRM and patient acquisition strategies.
RS Bunda Group, also known as the Bunda Hospital Group, is a prominent healthcare provider in Indonesia. The group is a key business unit under the Bundamedik Healthcare System (BMHS) ecosystem. Established in 1973, BMHS brings decades of experience to the sector, with specialised expertise in maternal and child healthcare.
The appointment follows a competitive pitch process involving multiple firms, evaluated on strategic thinking, creative capability, and performance-driven expertise. The decision comes as RS Bunda Group seeks to modernise its identity in response to shifting consumer demands for enhanced digital experiences and human-centred brand interactions.
Under this partnership, Volare will manage end-to-end rebranding efforts, ranging from the revitalisation of visual and verbal language across digital platforms and physical hospital environments to the refinement of core communication frameworks.
This mandate further extends to implementation oversight across all patient touchpoints and strategic leadership in CRM and performance marketing to drive measurable operational results.
Dr Agus Heru Darjono, president director of PT Bundamedik Tbk (BMHS), explained, “We undertook a comprehensive pitch process involving several agencies, with an emphasis on strategic clarity, creative capability, performance orientation, and CRM expertise. Based on this assessment, Volare demonstrated an approach that aligns well with our brand direction and business priorities.”
He added, “This rebranding initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen patient engagement, improve acquisition effectiveness, and build a more integrated CRM framework. Our objective is to ensure the brand evolves in a way that supports operational focus, consistency across touchpoints, and sustainable long-term growth. In this context, we see Volare as a strategic partner in advancing these objectives.”
The rebranding will be executed in phases throughout the year, beginning with research and identity development, followed by brand activation. The initiative aims to solidify the group’s competitive positioning within Indonesia’s evolving healthcare landscape by integrating creative identity with measurable performance outcomes.
Pradhana Harsaputera S., CEO of Volare Advertising Network, said, “We are honoured to be selected by RS Bunda Group through such a rigorous process. Our ambition is to deliver a thoughtful, data-driven, and creatively distinctive brand evolution that respects the group’s heritage while supporting its future aspirations. Today, strong brands must be built at the intersection of creativity, performance, and customer relationships, and this partnership embodies that philosophy.”
He added that Volare and Eyden will work closely with RS Bunda Group’s internal teams to ensure the new brand is fully embedded across the organisation and consistently reflected in every patient interaction.
Upon completion, the integrated marketing approach is intended to reinforce RS Bunda Group’s visibility and deepen trust with patients and partners in an increasingly competitive market.
