Singapore – Milieu Insight has announced the appointment of Daniel Ng as its new regional chief revenue officer of the APAC region, as the decision intelligence company seeks to strengthen its commercial strategy and expand its presence across the region.
In a LinkedIn post, Ng shared his excitement about his new role, “For me, this isn’t just about a career move, it’s about joining a team whose vision I truly believe in. Milieu has already transformed how we understand people across Asia, giving brands, governments, and communities the clarity they need to make better decisions.”
He also underscored how more than growth, the new venture centres on ‘impact’, “About helping others see beyond the present, and shaping a future built on understanding, courage, and foresight.
Ng brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, having held leadership positions at global agencies such as Grey, Ogilvy, and McCann Worldgroup, as well as senior commercial roles within the agency and media sectors across Asia.
His most recent role as chief revenue officer at Target Media also equipped Ng with a wider understanding of his new role, topped by his background in scaling businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across diverse markets.
In his new position, Ng will be mainly responsible for accelerating revenue growth, deepening client relationships, and advancing Milieu’s broader mission in the decision intelligence space. He will also oversee efforts to enhance the company’s go-to-market capabilities and support its expansion plans.
“Milieu is at a very exciting stage of its journey — we have the platform, the people, and the ambition to set new standards for the industry,” added Ng. “I am humbled and energised to join this incredible team and to help chart the course as we build the future of decision intelligence together.”
Milieu Insight CEO Sundip “Sunny” Chahal welcomed the appointment, describing it as timely amid broader industry challenges.
“Daniel joins us at a time when this industry is still weighed down by complacency, with legacy players stuck in the past and so-called challengers cracking under technical debt,” said Chahal.
“Milieu’s DNA is disruption, not comfort. We exist to take on both the old guard and the pretenders, tearing down tired models and replacing them with sharper, faster, more relevant solutions for our clients,” he continued.
Sundip also highlighted Daniel’s record of building teams and delivering results, underscoring this as key elements to accelerate their mission, “We are not here to fit in, we are here to dominate and redefine leadership in this industry.”
Additionally, the company said the recent appointment reflects its commitment to scaling internationally, while remaining focused on Southeast Asia’s rapidly evolving digital economy. In general, Milieu Insight aims to empower organisations through predictive insights and decision intelligence, integrating advanced analytics with human-centric data.
