Jobstreet by SEEK launches ‘SMEasy’ campaign to simplify hiring for SMEs

Manila, Philippines – Jobstreet by SEEK has introduced SMEasy, a new initiative aimed at helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) streamline their hiring process and attract quality talent more efficiently.

The campaign highlights Jobstreet by SEEK’s free job posting feature for SME owners, which gives access to its nationwide database of nearly 14 million candidates. The platform also emphasises the importance of using legitimate job portals to reduce the risks of fraudulent applicants and ensure more secure hiring.

SMEasy is designed to simplify recruitment for busy business owners through a step-by-step, user-friendly process. Employers can create an account on the Jobstreet by SEEK website, verify their details, and post a job ad by selecting the “Lite” option, filling in job details, and adding a description or screening questions. Once submitted, the ad becomes visible to active job seekers at no cost.

“Part of our mission in providing jobs to every Filipino is by making job posting more accessible to hirers, particularly SMEs who make up the majority of our employment market. With SMEasy, we aim to empower and support SMEs across the country with valuable insights and tools to help build their teams and businesses from the ground up,” said Dannah Majaracon, managing director in the Philippines at Jobstreet by SEEK.
