New Delhi, India — In a collaborative effort to standardise and elevate digital marketing practices, Dharampal Satyapal (DS) Group has partnered with WPP Media to launch ‘DCODE’, a playbook guide to digital marketing.
This is a first of its kind in India and a collaborative effort between DS and WPP to address fragmentation and enhance best practices within the digital advertising landscape.
Unveiled yesterday, August 21, DCODE is said to be designed for professionals and students, blending both academic frameworks with practical, actionable systems, processes, and templates. It covers a wide range of essential digital marketing facets, including Paid Media, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Online Reputation Management (ORM).
“DCODE marks a significant leap in mastering the complexities of the digital landscape,” said Prasanth Kumar, CEO of WPP Media South Asia. “Through our strategic collaboration with DS Group, WPP has harnessed its extensive expertise to co-create a playbook that redefines industry standards, empowering not only businesses but also every marketing enthusiast to excel in a rapidly evolving digital world.”
The playbook’s launch was said to be released at a strategic time, as India’s advertising is set to grow 7.8% this year, according to Magna’s latest global report. This, alongside the DCODE’s initiative to simplify and provide a clear roadmap within the industry, is projected to produce a reliable resource for corporate and agency marketing teams.
