Singapore – Nielsen has appointed Matty Lin as APAC regional sales leader within its commercial organisation, with the executive based in Singapore.
Lin brings nearly two decades of experience across global markets, with a background in building and managing commercial teams and scaling operations across platforms and agencies.
In his new role, he will oversee Nielsen’s commercial organisation across Asia Pacific and will report directly to Amilcar Perez, chief revenue officer at Nielsen.
“I’m confident that Matty’s experience at the forefront of advertising, technology, measurement, and platform innovation will bring value to our APAC team and help deepen Nielsen’s influence in shaping industry standards,” Perez commented.
Lin joins Nielsen from TikTok/Bytedance, where he most recently served as general manager of global business solutions for Southeast Asia and South Korea. In that role, he oversaw commercial strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and regional profit and loss.
