London, United Kingdom – WPP is moving toward a series of key global leadership appointments, aiming to enhance client solutions and foster growth across its network. The restructuring includes the appointment of Devika Bulchandani as WPP chief operating officer and Laurent Ezekiel as global CEO of Ogilvy Group, the company announced, September 5.
Floriane Tripolino has also been named CEO of WPP Open X, the bespoke agency team for The Coca-Cola Company.
In her new role as chief operating officer, Devika Bulchandani will be responsible for commercialising WPP’s services and solutions to drive growth for clients worldwide.
On one hand, since becoming global CEO of Ogilvy, Bulchandani has been credited with strengthening and modernising the network’s capabilities and diversifying its client roster. Following Bulchandani, Laurent Ezekiel will oversee the network’s global business, which encompasses advertising, PR, social & influence, customer engagement, consulting, and health. The Ogilvy Group also includes creative agencies such as DAVID, INGO, NCA, Thjnk and Village Marketing, as well as Grey, which joined the network in May 2025.
Ezekiel previously served as CEO of WPP Open X for The Coca-Cola Company, following the establishment of the global marketing agency partnership in 2021.
WPP Open X combines creative, media, social, influencer, commerce, PR, data and technology to support The Coca-Cola Company’s marketing efforts across more than 200 brands in 195 countries.
Moreover, Floriane Tripolino, in her new role as CEO of WPP Open X, will continue to build on the model established in 2021. The team will focus on scaling solutions, leveraging data and AI, and ensuring the partnership continues to drive global marketing leadership. This appointment follows the renewal of WPP Open X’s global marketing partnership with The Coca-Cola Company in May 2025.
Prior to this role, Tripolino led the Nestlé account for four years, during which she expanded WPP’s media presence with the brand and championed the adoption of new capabilities like WPP Open.
