Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Digital and social agency Vertixal, part of Vox Group, has rebranded to VX as it aims to align with growing demand for integrated creative, commerce, and performance marketing capabilities.
The rebrand follows several new client wins secured through competitive pitches in the first quarter of 2026, marking a step in the agency’s repositioning in the market.
Founded in 2020 as the digital arm of public relations consultancy VoxEureka, the agency has since expanded into a standalone team of more than 30 consultants and in-house creatives. VX now positions itself at the intersection of content and commerce, combining creative storytelling with performance-driven marketing.
“The marketing landscape has fundamentally changed. Brands don’t want a creative agency and a performance agency – they want one team that owns both, grounded in data and delivered with agility. That’s exactly what we’re here for.” said Dashwini Ravi, General Manager of VX.
Following competitive pitches in the first quarter, the agency has added several brands to its client roster, including Maybank’s Privilege segment, MBf Holdings, Horlicks, and the social media remit for NIPSEA Group. The additions broaden the agency’s presence across sectors such as property, food and beverage, corporate, lifestyle, and fintech.
These accounts join an existing portfolio that includes brands and organisations such as Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur, OPPO APAC, the Maybank Championship 2026, PUMA Malaysia, Anchor Food Professionals, University of Nottingham, AIA Group Shared Services, Gamuda Land, and Paramount Property.
VX operates with a dual mandate within Vox Group. The agency functions as an independent digital, creative, and social agency with its own client base, while also serving as the technical counterpart to VoxEureka. Together, the agencies aim to provide integrated services ranging from reputation-led storytelling to performance-driven digital execution.
“VX has come of age,” said Jonathan Tan, Managing Director of Vox Group. “What started as a bold venture in 2020 has grown into a formidable agency with its own identity, its own clients, and a team of more than 30 specialists. It gives Vox Group the technical capability to compete in this modern marketing era, allowing us to serve both reputational and marketing mandates under one roof. Seeing VX step into its own while strengthening our integrated offering is deeply gratifying.”
