Australia – VaynerMedia Australia has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of four senior specialists, as the agency responds to rising demand from brands investing more heavily in social-first marketing strategies.

The agency announced the appointments of Elle Batchelor, Director of Creator Partnerships, APAC; Sophie Tschuchnigg, Project Director; Belle Brown, Client Partner; and Nathan Bramley, Senior Account Director, strengthening its capabilities across creator partnerships, project delivery, client leadership, and account strategy.

The move comes as marketers increasingly shift both consumer engagement strategies and marketing budgets toward social platforms, prioritising speed, relevance, and high-volume content production.

“Attention has moved and increasingly, so has investment,” said Karen Coleman, Country Manager at VaynerMedia Australia.

“We’re seeing a clear acceleration in demand from brands who recognise that social is no longer an add on channel, it’s the starting point. These hires ensure we have the depth and capability to support our clients to keep pace with that shift and win where attention is actually happening.”

Batchelor joins VaynerMedia from TikTok, with her new role helping to expand the agency’s Creators, Affiliates, Influencer, and Talent (CAIT) division, supporting brands in developing creator partnerships that extend beyond vanity metrics and toward commerce-driven outcomes.

Meanwhile, Tschuchnigg joins from Akcelo, bringing more than 15 years of experience across advertising, media, and technology. She has previously overseen large-scale project delivery for brands including PepsiCo, Spotify, TikTok, and McDonald’s, and will focus on scaling the agency’s high-volume and agile production model.

Brown previously worked at Howatson+Company, with her role will focus on strategic client leadership, helping ensure the agency’s social-first creative work aligns with broader business objectives for its Australian clients.

Completing the appointments, Bramley joins from Hello and will contribute expertise in gaming and technology-driven marketing to support clients engaging with emerging digital subcultures. He draws on his experience working on campaigns for brands such as Uber and Samsung.

The appointments take effect immediately and form part of VaynerMedia Australia’s broader efforts to strengthen its integrated creative, media, and consulting offerings.
