Bangkok, Thailand – True Corporation’s enterprise arm TrueBusiness has entered a strategic partnership with Japanese telecommunication company SoftBank to jointly explore the development of digital infrastructure in Thailand. According to the companies, the collaboration serves the overall objective to position Thailand as a regional digital innovation hub.
Under the agreement, the companies will combine their respective products and services to co-develop and support digital transformation for Thai businesses. Enterprises in Thailand are expected to gain access to SoftBank’s technology ecosystem and leverage TrueBusiness’ connectivity and service capabilities, as both companies assess opportunities to roll out integrated digital solutions in the market.
The collaboration is founded on three core pillars: market and product development, operational cooperation, and sustainable long-term growth. The two parties also intend to explore strategic co-investments in emerging technologies, such as AI Cloud and 5G.
