Hakuhodo International Philippines, Intersections Group form partnership to deliver integrated marketing and communications solutions

Manila, Philippines – Hakuhodo International Philippines Inc. (HIP) and Intersections Group have announced the formation of a Preferred Alliance in the Philippines, aimed at providing clients with more integrated and insight-driven marketing and communications solutions.

Through this partnership, HIP will offer expertise in brand strategy, creative development, digital marketing, and customer experience design across the full marketing funnel, guided by the Hakuhodo Group’s philosophy of ‘seikatsusha’ thinking. 

This approach considers people as whole individuals with values, emotions, and lifestyles, rather than solely as consumers.

Meanwhile, Intersections is known for its creative and data-driven media capabilities, combining experience in ATL and digital media strategy, planning, and execution within the Philippine market. Through the alliance, the two companies intend to leverage their complementary strengths to identify opportunities and support measurable business growth for clients.

Under the agreement, HIP and Intersections will, where appropriate, recommend one another as preferred partners to clients seeking complementary services in the Philippines.

Tatsuro Osuga, director of Hakuhodo International Philippines, said, “Seikatsusha thinking has always been at the core of Hakuhodo’s approach to brand building. Through this alliance with Intersections Group, our integrated services empower us to design and deliver greater and more resonant value to brands and the customers that they serve.”

On the other hand, Gladys Basinillo, CEO of Intersections Group, added, “Our strength lies in connecting data, digital, and ATL media to drive results. By partnering with HIP and its seikatsusha-centered approach, we can help our clients build more meaningful connections with people and translate those connections into sustainable business growth.”

Moreover, the Preferred Alliance brings together HIP’s creative expertise and Intersections’ media intelligence, with both organisations emphasising a shared focus on understanding people in their everyday lives. The collaboration aims to help brands navigate market complexity while converting human insights into measurable, sustainable business growth.
