Manila, Philippines – GAC International Philippines, Inc. has announced plans to further strengthen its direct local operations in the Philippine market, as part of efforts to advance GAC Group’s ONE GAC strategy in the country.
The Philippines has been identified as a growing market for GAC Group in Southeast Asia, particularly amid rising demand for intelligent mobility solutions, as well as hybrid and electric vehicle technologies.
According to the company, the move will involve greater strategic focus on local organisational development, operational efficiency, and customer service capabilities.
GAC International Philippines said reinforcing its direct operations will allow closer collaboration with customers and local partners, to align brand strategy, market execution, and customer experience to support long-term growth.
Under the ONE GAC framework, the company will integrate its existing GAC MOTOR, AION, and HYPTEC operations in the Philippines under a single GAC brand structure. The integration is also intended to streamline brand positioning, sales and service channels, and service standards across the market.
Moreover, the company is also preparing to introduce a new generation of vehicles in the Philippines, including hybrid and electric models. It said it plans to launch six to eight new products in 2026, expanding its local portfolio in line with market demand.
Alongside brand and product integration, GAC International Philippines will continue investing in local operational infrastructure, including process optimisation, dealer network support, and enhancements to parts supply through local warehousing and logistics.
The company added that all authorised dealerships remain fully operational, with warranty coverage, after-sales services, and parts availability continuing without disruption.
Additionally, ONE GAC strategy in the Philippines will be continuously implemented, combining global resources with local operations as it develops its presence in the market.
