CultureSync Media partners with Index Exchange to enhance supply curation, data-driven buying

Hong Kong – CultureSync Media has announced a strategic partnership with Index Exchange, becoming the first independent agency in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia to join and activate campaigns through Index Marketplaces.

The collaboration gives CultureSync Media and its clients direct access to premium publisher inventory within the Index Exchange ecosystem. By operating within the marketplace, the agency aims to reduce intermediaries and media inefficiencies while strengthening its programmatic capabilities across the region.

According to the company, the partnership is designed to expand access to curated, high-quality supply and enable richer data signals to support more efficient programmatic buying. CultureSync Media will integrate its audience strategy and planning expertise into the Index Marketplaces environment, with a focus on improving inventory and data curation. The goal is to ensure that a larger share of advertising spend is directed toward viewable impressions, while maintaining the scale required for both brand-building and performance campaigns.

The partnership also provides access to advanced data signals and measurement tools. Combined with CultureSync Media’s planning, analytics, and testing frameworks, these capabilities are intended to support optimisation, audience targeting, and insights into user behaviour and intent.

In addition, the collaboration enables CultureSync Media to create bespoke packages via Deal IDs tailored to client objectives, ad formats, and brand-safety requirements. The agency said these curated environments will draw on its cross-market learnings and data models to give advertisers greater control over ad placements, enhance brand suitability, and support return on investment and accountability.

CultureSync Media said it will continue developing curated marketplaces and data-driven programmatic solutions as part of the partnership, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Index marketplace across Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and global markets.
